Booking Process

3. Two separate application forms need to be filled for obtaining membership and site booking.

4. Payment needs to be made as per the payment schedule.

5. The buyer would be given a receipt from the society confirming the application made towards purchasing the site in the respective layout,site booking confirmation letter.

6. Customer will receiver login ID and password which he/she can use to login web portal of department and can find the details of his payment structure .

7. The society would send periodic payment remainders as per the payment schedule.

8. After the Development process reaches a stage of completion. The society would send allotment letter to buyers who have complied with their payments.

9. The society will be call for registration of sites afer approval process form authorized department.
